Work Location : Mapletree Business City
Work Hours : Monday - Friday (Office Hours)
Job Description :
- Manage full range of secretarial duties for Directors.
- Provide operational support to the Divisions — including filing, meeting room bookings, payment processing, travel planning, and budget coordination
- Act as the main point-of-contact for onboarding new hires and handling exit logistics for departing staff
- Support the planning and logistics for divisional events and programmes (e.g., team-building activities)
- Serve as secondary back-up to the CEO Office secretary when needed
- Cover duties of other Personal Assistants during their absence (e.g., leave coverage)
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirement :
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fieldMinimum 4 years of relevant experience in office management and administrative supportStrong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines independentlyHigh level of discretion and ability to handle confidential informationFlexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentGood written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems if neededOnly SingaporeansInterested candidates do drop your resumes to zhafir.shah@tg-hr.sg
