Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced IT System / Business Analyst to join our team for an onshore position. This role requires a skilled professional with expertise in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and IT project implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in requirements gathering, application solutioning, and UI / UX design. This role demands excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure the successful delivery of large-scale projects.

Responsibilities :

• Engage with stakeholders to manage communication and gather requirements for IT projects.
• Lead user requirements gathering and facilitate the business analysis process for various projects.
• Develop application solutions, contribute to UI / UX design, and ensure software testing aligns with project goals.
• Utilize AGILE methodologies and work on Cloud platform projects using tools such as Jira, Figma, MS Visio, and Tricentis Tosca.
• Coordinate with team members to maintain project schedules and meet deliverables on time.
• Ensure business needs are met by communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Provide organizational oversight and work independently to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
