Responsibilities - The Post Settlement & Cash Team within Operations is central to managing cash processing for both Bank SG and consumer banking Group SMF businesses, overseeing both payment and receipt functions. This role is critical in facilitating seamless financial operations and requires meticulous attention to detail and strong operational execution. - Payment & Settlement Expertise : - Execute comprehensive post-trade and cash settlement processes within back‑office systems. - Process CBG SMF transactions accurately. - Support outward payments (trade settlement) to brokers / counterparties and manage fund transfers between house and trust accounts maintained with various nostro banks. - Fund Management & Reconciliation : - Monitor and process incoming funds from diverse nostro banks, meticulously updating customer ledgers in the back‑office system. - Efficiently manage and process unidentified funds, promptly reporting third‑party incoming funds. - Conduct daily reconciliation to ensure SBL and AMH TT reference transactions align to back‑office system records. - Perform daily end‑of‑day completeness checks and balance reconciliation between the Lotus Note workflow and back‑office system updates using Excel templates, escalating any discrepancies or issues without delay. - Operational Support & Compliance : - Generate new and reset Pin Mailers as required. - Handle deposit and withdrawal requests for Bank in Thailand. - Process SRS / CPF receipts for trade settlement. - Segregation of customers' monies, compute accurately daily inbound and outbound trust fund movements between customer and house accounts. - Actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new products and system enhancements to ensure seamless integration and functionality. - Undertake any assigned ad‑hoc requests or tasks, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach. Requirements - Poly / Degree holder with relevant banking experience in a banking operations environment, ideally in a cash-related role in a securities industry. - Strong ability to deliver under tight deadlines. - Good team player with strong communication skills. - Can work independently and under pressure, thriving in a fast‑paced environment. - Meticulous with an eye for detail. - Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. - Proficient in MS Office applications.
