Roles & ResponsibilitiesThe consulting role represents a face of our Practice via a 360-recruitment cycle, to develop our Urban Markets for the Built Environment across the Construction Desk
- Business Development: Cold-calling, Telemarketing & Networking and through the maintaining of excellent relationships with the Clients of the targeted market.
- Technical Search: Utilitize a variety of methods to develop candidate pipeline, forming a comprehensive network of key-talents that are both passive and active across the allocated desk (Construction and Design)
- Market Specialization: Be on top of industry trends, being alert to project, plans and movements of candidates; providing periodical updates and outlooks
- Sales Management: Exceeding set sales-target on a Quarterly and Annual basis
