Job Info :
- Salary : Basic up to $3300 + VB
- Working Hours : Monday - Friday (8 : 30am - 6pm)
- Location : Changi
Job Scope :
Maintain a Quality Management System compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, ISO 16949, and other regulatory requirements determined by managementEnsure that all measuring equipment is calibrated according to the specified intervals and meets the required standardsIdentify inspection critical points for new projects based on customer drawings and product specificationsResolve quality assurance issues using Corrective and Preventive Action Reports (CPAR) and root cause analysisConduct employee training and oversee the performance appraisal processRegularly communicate the plant's quality performance to both plant associates and managementManage nonconformities, including reviewing in-process quality failures, determining the disposition of nonconforming materials, and liaising with customers and suppliers to resolve issuesMonitor program performance post-implementation to prevent the recurrence of operational problems and ensure efficient operationsParticipate in activities such as providing support for UL-related issues, handling environmental declarations, and controlling RoHS documentsConduct regular Quality Management System (QMS) briefings to raise awareness among employeesEnsure that changes implemented in production areas are effectively managed to prevent potential adverse impacts on operationsRequirements :
Familiar with 8D and 5W problem solving methodologyStrong interpersonal, communications, and problem-solving skills along with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and negotiation skills as well as analytical and resourcefulA team player and able to work independently under tight scheduleHighly motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team within a high pressured, fast moving environmentDiploma / Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management / Engineering / Manufacturing or related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance & ISO SystemPlease submit your updated resume by using the APPLY NOW BUTTON
