Assistant Retail Leasing Manager | Leading Property Developers

The Opportunity

  • Opportunity to be the in-charge of the execution of company overall retail leasing plans
  • Working Location : Central East

The Talent

  • Diploma or Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in shopping mall operations.
  • Demonstrated success in retail leasing with a robust network of tenants and industry contacts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong negotiation and numerical abilities.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft software such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and able to work within tight deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, independent, resourceful, and a team player.

    • The Job

  • Develop leasing strategies and responsible in planning retail spaces, including evaluating and organizing the trade and tenant mix.
  • Find and secure tenants that align with the mall's strategic tenant mix. This involves making cold calls, handle leasing enquiries, arranging site visits, and negotiating lease agreements and renewals.
  • Utilize various systems and tools to monitor tenant sales, lease performance, rental trends, forecasting, and generate management reports.
  • Employ strong analytical skills to analyze mall data and sales performance.
  • Conduct research to stay updated on market trends.
  • Develop and sustain positive relationships with tenants.
