Job Summary
Support the construction contractor’s operations by managing administrative coordination, project documentation, and staff communication to ensure efficient workflow and timely response in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks to maintain smooth office operations and support project teams
- Manage project documentation and filing systems to ensure accurate and accessible records
- Facilitate communication and coordination with workers and staff to support human resources and operational needs
- Provide on-site operational assistance to support project execution and resolve issues promptly
- Respond to messages and coordinate activities outside regular hours as needed to support night construction projects
Required competencies and certifications
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Previous experience as an administrative clerk
Other Information
- Salary: $1800 – $2600
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00am – 6:00pm; Saturday work from home
- Monthly Rest Day Leave: 6 days per month
- Benefits: Annual Leave & Sick Leave in accordance with MOM regulations
