Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a CDD Analyst to join a leading bank on a renewable contract basis. The role involves reviewing client onboarding documentation, maintaining client data, and ensuring compliance with CDD guidelines for individual and corporate clients. You will work closely with KYC, Legal & Compliance, and Front Office teams to resolve complex documentation cases. This role is suitable for candidates with private banking onboarding experience or those looking to build a career in client compliance and banking operations.

Mandatory Skill-set

  • Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, or related field;
  • Must have experience in client due diligence (CDD) and / or KYC, onboarding documentation review, and account structuring, preferably in private banking;
  • Must have knowledge in banking systems for data updates and account maintenance (e.g., ICOS, Avaloq, CICSH);
  • Must have proficiency in corporate entity structures and documentation requirements;
  • Must have experience in monitoring and escalating documentation deficiencies and exceptions;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Desired Skill-set

  • Experience with complex or cross-border client structures;
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and CDD / KYC guidelines;
  • Ability to handle ad-hoc projects and support team initiatives.
  • Responsibilities

  • Review and process client onboarding documentation and static data updates for individual and corporate clients;
  • Ensure all documentation meets internal CDD guidelines and regulatory standards;
  • Track, monitor, and escalate accounts or transactions with documentation deficiencies or approved exceptions;
  • Coordinate with Front Office, COO, KYC, L&C, and other stakeholders to resolve complex account documentation cases;
  • Generate reports on daily activities, exceptions, and aging items;
  • Execute service requests and client instructions accurately and on time in relevant banking systems;
  • Escalate long-outstanding unprocessed requests to Team Lead or Manager;
  • Support team KPIs and objectives and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned;
  • Adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
