The Warehouse Manager - RMA is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations related to returned merchandise, including receiving, inspection, repair coordination, storage, and re-dispatch of products. This role ensures the RMA process runs efficiently, complies with company policies, and supports customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end RMA process, including product returns, verification, repair or replacement, and inventory updates.
- Oversee warehouse activities such as receiving, labelling, storing, picking, and shipping of returned or repaired items.
- Ensure accurate documentation of returned goods in ERP or inventory management systems.
- Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy and traceability for all RMA items.
- Coordinate with Quality, Technical, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely resolution of RMA cases.
Leadership & Team Management
Supervise, train, and develop warehouse and RMA staff to ensure optimal performance.Plan and allocate workload efficiently to meet turnaround time and performance targets.Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Process Improvement & Compliance
Implement and monitor warehouse and RMA procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies and ISO standards.Identify areas for improvement in RMA and warehouse workflows to increase efficiency and reduce cost.Ensure all safety, health, and environmental regulations are followed in warehouse operations.Reporting & Analysis
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to RMA cycle time, accuracy, and inventory turnover.Analyze RMA trends and provide feedback to Product, Quality, and Customer Support teams.Prepare and present regular operational reports to management.Requirements
Experience in electronics, IT hardware, or manufacturing industry RMA processes.Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in RMA or reverse logistics management.Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).Proven leadership and people management skills.Ability to lift, pack and store products / items.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Seniority level
