Roles & Responsibilities
General Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Extract, validate, and analyze datasets to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Develop and present data visualizations and reports to highlight trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
IT Coordinator Responsibilities
Monitor staff movement and ensure appropriate access control rights are assigned and maintained.Conduct regular reviews and housekeeping of access control records to ensure compliance and accuracy.Liaise with IT vendors to coordinate maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.Manage IT-related procurement processes, including sourcing, evaluation, and purchasing of required equipment or services.Requirements :
Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain detailed recordsAble to work independently with little supervision and strong attention to detail & numbersProficient in the use of computer and software applications (eg. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)Has an inclination towards planning, analysis and improving operationsAbility to use discretion and keep sensitive financial related information confidentialAbility to multi task, work under pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to exercise initiative and liase with external parties regarding documentationTell employers what skills you have
