Job descriptionA degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical, or a related engineering discipline is highly desirable. At least 3 years of experience in a similar retail setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building strong relationships with staff, customers, and service providers.
Operations Management Role :
This position involves overseeing the daily operations of a retail establishment, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include coordinating maintenance activities, managing third-party services, and leading a team of technical personnel.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with external consultants and contractors.
- Oversee all contract services delivered by third parties to ensure adherence to internal and industry standards.
- Monitor performance and report any irregularities or subpar work to management.
Additionally, this role entails planning and executing daily maintenance tasks, maintaining a safe working environment, and facilitating communication between departments. The successful candidate will also contribute to the onboarding process for new tenants, ensuring timely handovers and fitting out of units in accordance with tenancy agreements.
