Marketing & Communications Change Management AVP / VP
AVP / VP Marketing & Communications Change Management candidate for a 12 month contract role .
Responsibilities
- Handle all Change Management processes and procedures for the business and handle Communication and Marketing Change Management initiatives
- Work with the internal business units to define the business vision, manage strategic priorities, and drive the change narrative.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to understand impact across the wider business, and ensure alignment through a clear governance structure and process across the firm
- Design a clear and effective communication and engagement plan for the wider business
- Perform change impact assessments and deploy readiness evaluations to identify risks and gaps
- Engage internal teams and ensure stakeholders adopt the change management processes that are implemented
- Create a timeline and Project Map, and ensure all changes and implementation are done within the timeline
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with at least 7 years of experience in Change Management, and candidates who have an understanding of the Asset Management and Investments space may have an advantageWe are also looking for candidates with strong Communications and Marketing experienceSeniority level
