Responsibilities

• Conduct technical analysis of client technologies to assess novelty, patentability, and alignment with business goals
• Review and evaluate invention disclosures, patent drafts, and prior art
• Prepare technical descriptions
• Advise clients on IP-related strategy, risk exposure, technical assessments and opportunities for protection to align with the business plan, market growth and business opportunities
• Work with legal and business partners to prepare comprehensive due diligence reports
• Analyze patent landscapes to benchmark clients against competitors and identify white spaces
• Act as a trusted advisor bridging the gap between technical teams, patent attorneys, and investors
