Job Description

Industry / Organization Type : Freight Forwarding
Position Title : Operations Executive / Import Export Specialist
Working Location : Changi Airfreight Center
Working Hours : 5 days (Monday to Friday 9AM – 6PM)
Salary Package : Basic + $200 (Transport Allowance) + AWS + Performance Bonus
Duration : Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Prioritize customer needs, promptly inform customers about any issues, and offer alternative solutions.

Manage daily operations for import / export procedures.

Coordinate shipments with domestic and international customers, airlines, carriers, subcontractors, agents, and truckers.

Collaborate with internal and external departments, carriers, forwarders, and agencies.

Efficiently prepare and execute import / export documents.

Monitor daily shipment and delivery requirements.

Handle export customs documents and operations.

Track and report on all import / export consignments.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
