Jobs Description :
- Advise the occupier, Project Manager, or any person in charge of the Site on measures necessary to ensure the safety and health of all persons employed on-site.
- Implement safety measures with the approval of the occupier, General Manager, or relevant authority.
- Conduct personal inspections of the Site to identify any machinery, plant, equipment, appliance, or manual labor practices that may pose a risk of bodily harm to any worker.
- Discuss inspection findings with the occupier, Factory Manager, Project Manager, and Safety Supervisor responsible for the relevant equipment or operations.
- Investigate accidents or occupational diseases that occur on-site and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor and verify the implementation of all recommended corrective actions.
- Organize safety-related activities such as trainings, talks, competitions, or campaigns to promote and sustain safety awareness among workers.
- Serve as the Secretary of the Site Safety Committee, supporting the Committee Chairman in executing the committee’s responsibilities.
- Preside over meetings of the Site Safety Committee in the absence of the Chairman.
- Maintain up-to-date safety records relevant to the site’s operations.
- Fulfill all duties as required under the Workplace Safety and Health Act and other applicable regulations.
