Position Purpose :

The purpose of this role is to drive revenue growth by acquiring and developing new business opportunities across the APAC region. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, promoting Shufti cutting-edge identity verification solutions, and contributing to the expansion of our market share. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping client relationships and positioning Shufti Pro as a trusted partner for compliance and digital onboarding needs.

Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive our growth across the Asia-Pacific region. This is a high-impact role for a hunter who thrives on building new business and has a deep understanding of the Identity Verification and Compliance landscape. You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to secure new enterprise clients, making you a critical player in our APAC expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• New Business Development : Act as a "hunter" to identify, qualify, and secure new enterprise-level clients within the target markets of APAC.
• Strategic Sales Cycle Management : Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and initial outreach to negotiation, closing, and handover to the account management team.
• Domain Expertise : Leverage your deep knowledge of IDV, KYC, AML, and compliance challenges to build credibility and articulate Shufti Pro's unique value proposition effectively.
• Market Penetration : Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, focusing on key verticals such as Banking, Fintech, Cryptocurrency, E-commerce, and the Gig Economy.
• Client Relationship Building : Build strong, trust-based relationships with C-level executives, compliance officers, and technology leaders.
• Collaboration : Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to tailor solutions and run targeted campaigns.
• Market Intelligence : Serve as the "eyes and ears" in the region, providing feedback on market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.
