Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility and drive customer engagement across all outlets.
- Lead the creation, planning, and scheduling of social media content including videos, stories, and campaigns ensuring daily online presence and consistency with brand tone.
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms, optimizing performance through data insights and engagement metrics.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, seasonal opportunities, and emerging social content directions.
- Collaborate with operations and creative teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences, from online storytelling to on-ground activations.
- Oversee marketing budgets, content calendars, and partnerships to ensure efficient execution and measurable ROI.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing, with proven hands-on experience managing brand social media platforms and content creation.Strong creative and analytical mindset comfortable with video content strategy, engagement analytics, and community management.Excellent communication and project-management skills; able to balance creativity with structure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd | EA License No. : 24C2479
