Roles & Responsibilities

Invartis is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant / SME / PM with focus on implementation and business analysis.

Candidates must have at least 8+ years of experience in project implementation, business analysis, operational, or technology delivery roles within an investment management firm.

Consulting experience an asset.

Location : Singapore

Typical Responsibilities

  • Execute consulting projects around asset and wealth management
  • Independently deliver high-quality work products within expected timeframes
  • Communicate with key stakeholders regarding the project's status and anticipated deliverables
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Engage with technical team / data team to clarify requirements
  • Create operational / technology recommendations to improve the integrity of data / workflow based on quantitative data analysis
  • Ensure proper process workflow is followed in accordance with internal controls, compliance and audit requirements. Able to identify the gaps and bridge them

Skills And Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of the investment management industry
  • Strong stakeholder and client management capabilities
  • Self-starter and capable of working as both a team member and be an individual contributor.
  • Knowledge of all asset classes including alternatives
  • Working knowledge of performance and attribution models
  • Strong experience with investment data and investment operations (security master, trade processing, reconciliation, pricing, corporate actions, portfolio compliance)
  • Expertise with Aladdin, FactSet, Bloomberg and other key industry software
  • Able to work independently to research and solve complex problems from both business and technology perspective
  • Organised, motivated to meet deadlines, and always willing to go above and beyond for clients and colleagues.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral)
  • degree in Finance, or other business-related field; MBA, CFA, PMP are a plus
