Roles & Responsibilities

Position Title : Warehouse Assistant

Location : Jurong East

Working days : 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, sat half day)

Working hours : 9am - 6pm, 9am - 2pm

Salary : $2,200 - $2,500

Job Responsibilities :

• Receive incoming goods, verify and inspect quantity and quality against delivery orders; promptly report any damages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts; assist in updating inventory records accurately in the system.
• Accurately pick, pack, and label items based on customer orders; prepare goods for delivery and organize them according to delivery schedules.
• Assist in planning drivers' schedules and coordinate delivery routes
• Communicate and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist in ordering stock as needed to fulfill customer orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in loading and unloading goods onto / from delivery vans as required.
• Perform ad hoc duties or tasks as assigned by supervisors.
