Company background : ACUITUS is a Consultancy and Distributor in the Solar Energy sector, as well as a Distributor of adhesives in the Home Appliances sector
Responsibilities :
- Be the primary contact window for customers, maintain customer relationships
- Inquire about, listen to and understand customers' business situation (e.g. product mix, production capability and capacity, potential demand and production plan, technical / quality / other problems and pain points)
- Receive customer inquiries, find solutions and communicate them to the customer
- Promote products from our portfolio, craft offers sales proposals for customers, solicit and receive orders from customers
- Process purchase orders received, follow up and keep customer updated of delivery status, work to resolve any issues that may arise
- Receive and manage customer feedback, complaints and / or quality issues
- Work with principals and suppliers on customer inquiries, fulfilling customer orders, and resolving complaints and / or quality issues
- Travel to and visit customers (including international)
- Seek and develop new customers, primarily in Southeast Asia but also in other regions
- If needed, assist and back up colleagues in serving and supporting their customer accounts
- Receive training and develop deep and broad understanding of solar PV industry; keep up-to-date on global PV market situation
Requirements :
University degree : preferredField of study : science, engineering, technical or quality management preferredWork experience : 0-5 years; preferably in consulting, technical, engineering and / or quality roleExcellent proficiency in written and spoken English and ChineseWilling to travel (mostly regional)Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointEnjoys problem-solving and client-servicePersonality traits of a good consultant : confident; positive attitude; conscientious and dedicated; good listener; organized; punctual; calm under pressure; conflict arbitrator; team playerCompensation & Benefits :
Base salary : 3,000 - 4,500 SGD / month, depending on experience and fitVariable bonus scheme for up to additional 3-6 month's annual bonus, based on individual and company-wide performanceFlexible work arrangementAnnual leave : 20 working days per calendar year
