Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
• Analyse workflows and recommend improvements using cloud-native and low-code platforms.
• Interpret stakeholder requirements into structured technical plans and oversee the creation of tailored digital solutions.
• Oversee testing, deployment, and user training to ensure successful adoption.
• Manage project timelines, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure compliance with IT standards.
