Job descriptionRecognized Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent. PE Board recognized degree is preferred. At least 6 years’ experience in building or civil engineering project for senior role. Minimum 2 complete cycle (piling to roof) for HDB projects. Experience in architectural works will be an advantage. Technical competence. Knowledge in BIM / VDC is an advantage. Positive attitude and good team player. Demonstrates a sense of urgency.
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Duties
- Reports to Project Manager.
- Overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programs.
- Liaise with Consultants on technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors.
- Lead a group of supervisors and ensure site progress is on schedule.
- Maintain quality standards and carry out site inspections.
- Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance during project design and construction phases, resolving technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Support the management of manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity and efficiency.
