Roles & Responsibilities

  • 3. Performance Management

  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
  • Set clear KPIs and ensure feedback and development processes are in place.
  • Coach managers on employee performance and development.
  • 4. Training and Development

  • Identify skill gaps and oversee training programs to upskill employees.
  • Promote leadership development and career pathing initiatives.
  • Support continuous learning and a culture of growth.
  • 5. Compensation and Benefits

  • Develop competitive compensation structures and benefits packages.
  • Oversee payroll, bonus plans, and reward systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and market standards.
  • 6. Employee Relations

  • Foster a positive work environment and employee engagement.
  • Mediate conflicts and resolve employee grievances.
  • Promote company culture, values, and ethics.
  • 7. Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage risk related to employment practices and workplace safety.
  • 8. HR Operations and Technology

  • Oversee HR systems (HRIS), data management, and reporting.
  • Streamline HR processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Leverage technology for people analytics and insights.
  • 9. Leadership and Team Management

  • Lead and develop the HR team.
  • Set departmental goals, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and senior leaders
  • 10. Handle ISO / Cyber compliance
