Roles & Responsibilities

SHIPPING COORDINATOR / GUL CIRCLE / UP 2.4K / 5 DAYS WORK WEEK 🚢

Location : gul circle (10 mins walk frm mrt)

Salary : $2200 to $2400

  • 50 fixed transport allowance

Working Hours

Mon to Fri : 830am to 6pm

Job Scope :

  • Perform data entry
  • Co-ordination with customers and preparation of shipping documents
  • Handling of import and export shipments
  • Handling of shipment clearance, billing and permit declaration
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

    • Requirements

  • Minimum O Level
  • 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, namely Words, Excel, and WMS, especially in SAP, will be an added advantage
  • Experience in permit declaration will be an advantage
