Job descriptionDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Minimum 2 to 5 years of professional experience. Basic knowledge of Power BI and / or Power Automate and Gen AI is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
Roles & Responsibilities

1 year contract
- Collaborate with various departments to perform detailed functional analysis of business requirements, outline problems, opportunities and propose solutions for business.
- Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Create and maintain interactive BI dashboards using tools such as Power BI to provide insights for decision-making
- Prepare and coordinate testing activities including execution of test cases, analyze test results & log defects tracking during user acceptance test as well as support post Go-Live activities
- Prepare documentation, stakeholder presentations, training and project tracking activities
- Assist in troubleshooting and identifying process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Assist with any other tasks and roles assigned.
