Roles & Responsibilities

Position : Onsite Technician

Job Responsibilities

The candidate performs Preventive and reactive maintenance of IT and electronics equipment;
IT troubleshooting and servers’ maintenance (runs patches and scripts, ensure hard disks data integrity and back-up);
6-monthly inspections of onsite electrical equipment;
Rectification of IT systems and electronics components after fault;

The candidate broadly handles :

Day-to-day maintenance technical aspects;

IT / electronic related issues;

Maintenance documents preparation and completeness.

Education

ITE / Diploma in IT field is preferred

No specific experience required - on-the-job training will be provided.

Basic electric knowledge is a plus,

Basic IT knowledge (Linux) is a plus.

Other Essential Attributes

A working knowledge of English is essential.

A hands-on and positive working attitude is essential;

Willingness to take up ad-hoc duties as they may be assigned;

Willingness to travel around Singapore.

Customer-oriented approach is essential as daily customer site visits required.
