THE POSITION : Merchant Liaison Officer

Seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate for the position of Merchant Liaison Officer. Well organized, flexible and enjoys the challenge of delivering on time. Has the ability to work in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Good communication skills, attention to detail and integrity are critical for this position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

  • Make collection calls and emails to follow up on outstanding receivables
  • Handle billing related queries from merchant or refer them to related department
  • Chase collection and resolving queries with merchants
  • Perform Ad hoc duties as required

WHAT YOU’LL NEED :

  • Good oral and written communication skills (English and Mandarin)
  • To be thorough and pay attention to detail
  • Fast and independent worker with a high level of integrity
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Applicants who are immediate starters or with short notice are highly desirable
