2 able to plan weekly buffer stock accordingly to sale output

3 able to work in stressful environment

4 able to do production report(every product wastage and productivity)

5 able to plan any adhoc or unforeseen increase of work volume

6 Processing of product (recommendation in term of manpower, time efficiency & wastage)

7 Product analysis( which brand gives the heighest yield)

8 Report to Ops Manager on the Production report

9 Report to Ops Manager on daily Processing flow

10 Report to Ops Manager on daily issue if any

11 able to communicate well with team mates & other department

12 able to communicate well with immediate superior

13 able to understand & operate all machineries

14 able to do minimum in house maintenance

15 need to know bandsaw skill
