NPI Engineer- West

Roles & Responsibilities

PRIMARY FUNCTION :

To keep track of & improve the yield of NPI parts by working with customer, product engineers (FEE), process engineers & quality engineers

Job Responsibility

• To develop new processes & new methods to improve plant’s capability in producing high end PCB
• To evaluate & qualify new materials to meet customer’s requirement on electrical performance & thermal reliability of PCB
• To monitor & improve yield of NPI parts by working with Front End Engineering (FEE), Process Engineering, Manufacturing & Quality department
• To improve yield & lower cost of NPI parts by working with customer & supplier at design stage
• To ensure timely delivery of NPI parts by working with Production Control (PC) & Manufacturing on scheduling
• To lead failure analysis & ensure good closure of customer feedback on NPI quality issues
• To conduct & update FMEA & Control Plan of NPI parts
