A leading global fintech is hiring a General Manager, Cross-Border Payments to lead its fastest-growing business vertical across APAC. The company has an ambitious growth roadmap ahead, integrating its B2B and B2C platforms into one seamless ecosystem.

The GM will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding market share, and scaling operations across key markets across APAC while positioning the business for future global expansion. You’ll lead commercial strategy and execution for cross-border payments, manage P&L across multiple business lines, and oversee the GTM team across sales, marketing, and operations. This includes rebuilding the SME segment into a market leader, rejuvenating the consumer remittance and card business, and transitioning legacy operations toward a digital-first, marketing-driven model.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in fintech, payments, or cross-border money movement , with a proven record in building and scaling SME or consumer digital businesses. You should have strong go-to-market instincts, P&L ownership, and the ability to align product, marketing, and operational teams to drive growth.
