Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Familiarizes with all food and beverage items in the menu, its ingredients, method of preparation, portion size and presentation to be able to deliver ideal service maximizing guest satisfaction.
• Ensure food and beverage arrive to guests quickly and correctly; and confirming guest satisfaction
• Ensure proper table maintenance, including water service, pre-bussing, etc.
• Ensure guests are charged correctly and receive proof of payment in a timely manner
• Communicate respectfully with chefs (and kitchen team) as necessary
• Support team members in the completion of their duties to ensure satisfaction of all guests before, during, and after service
• Engage management for any guest issue or complaint promptly
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of service tools and service areas
• Stocking and preparing service related items
• Ensures the restaurant, equipment and interiors are always maintained in

a thoroughly clean and fully operational manner.
