Roles & Responsibilities
The role is responsible for the daily operation in the front office and also encompasses a full spectrum of administrative duties to support the smooth office operation of the Company.
Job Description
- Front Desk & Reception
- Manage front desk operations, handle calls and enquiries and attend to visitors.
- Meeting & Event Support
- Organize and schedule meetings, book conference rooms, arrange logistics for events and assist with festive celebrations, corporate gift arrangements etc.
- Office & Facilities Management
- Oversee maintenance and supply of office equipment, pantry, stationery, and ensure meeting rooms remain tidy and operational.
- Manage season parking and renewal.
- Manage office seating arrangement.
- Mail & Courier Handling
- Sorting and distribution of mails. Manage internal and external courier services, including receiving and sending packages.
- Administrative Assistance
- Handle employee onboarding logistics arrangement such as setting up of workstation, business card order, office access registration and preparation of office supplies.
– Prepare letters such as travel visa application.
Job Requirement
Possess a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience. Candidates with no relevant experience may still apply.Well-groomed with a pleasant disposition.A team player with a good attitude and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication skills and able to provide good customer service.Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Power Point, Excel, Word and IT savvy.Good organizational and time management skills.Tell employers what skills you have
