Job descriptionDevelop detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections for residential and commercial interiors using CAD software. Collaborate with interior designers to understand design concepts and project requirements. Prepare and revise drawings based on feedback from team members and clients. Incorporate materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures into design plans. Conduct site visits to gather measurements, assess conditions, and document existing spaces. Assist in the preparation of presentation materials, including 3D renderings and mood boards. Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design and drafting technologies. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project goals are met. Proven experience as an interior drafter or in a similar role. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD & SketchUp) and other design-related software. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A portfolio showcasing relevant design and drafting work is required. Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Interior Drafter to join our design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans for interior spaces and collaborating with architects, designers, and clients to bring innovative design concepts to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of interior design principles, excellent technical skills, and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.
