Responsibilities :
Meat Preparation : Cut, trim,
and prepare various cuts of meat including beef, pork, poultry, and
lamb. Ensure all meat products meet our high-quality standards.
Training will be provided.
Customer Service : Provide
outstanding service to our customers by answering questions,
offering product recommendations, and fulfilling special
requests.
Inventory
Management : Monitor stock levels, ensure proper
storage, and assist with inventory control to keep the shop
well-stocked.
Sanitation &
Safety : Maintain a clean and organized work area,
adhere to food safety regulations, and ensure all equipment is
properly cleaned and maintained.
Sales Support : Assist with
pricing, labeling, and merchandising of meat products to maximize
sales and customer
satisfaction.
