Job Responsibilitie

  • Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
  • Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.
  • Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
  • Implementing an effective customer loyalty program.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
  • Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on your findings.
  • Hiring and training new customer service agents.
  • Managing the approved budget of the customer service department.
  • Staying informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
  • Receive and process customer order by generating commercial Invoice & Packing List (CIPL).
  • Checking daily order in SAP.
  • Request freight / Insurance cost.
  • Checking accuracy of shipping documents, key in all orders received with follow up.
  • Application of Certificate of Origin.
  • Application for Marine Insurance Certificate.
  • LC order & Delivery Against Duty Paid Order (DADP).
  • Arranging for Courier Services.
  • e-filing of all shipping documents in the system.
  • Submit monthly report.
  • Arrange for collection of cargoes / trucking of container

Requirements

  • Relevant work experience will be advantageous
  • Self-discipline, initiative, and able to work independently
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent commercial acumen and ability to add value to customers
  • Experience maintaining strong relationships with shipping lines and / or ship management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English
  • Stress resistant and able to perform under tight schedules
  • Adaptable and willing to work in a rapidly changing, growing environment
