Job description

Role and

Responsibilities

1. To Oversee daily

operation and activity for Hotel department

2.

Liase with director on planning and execution of

tasks / projects

3. Liase with HR Department for

manpowper planning and if required conduct

interview.

4. Assist HR & Director to

develop and improve KPI's

5. Act as a

communication conduct between management and

staff.

6. Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes

between employees.

7. Attend to complaints and

ensure customers' satisfaction

8. Any other

duties assigned by

directors

Requirements

1.

Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple

locations daily.

2. Able to work OT including

weekends and public holidays.

3. Atleast 2-3

years's of relevant experience

4. Excellent

interpersonal skills
