Job descriptionMinimum Diploma, preferably in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or Community Services. Candidates with qualifications in Sports Science, Exercise Science, or Sport and Wellness Management are also welcome. 1-2 years of proven experience in coordinating programs. Experience in non-profit organizations is advantageous. Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office; preferably, knowledge in design and design tools like Photoshop, Wix, or Canva. Strong team player with excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented and efficient.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Provide onsite support for maintenance and operations of direct services, including evening and weekend work as needed, up to 3 times per week.
- Support planning and coordination of events and programmes for children, youth, and families.
- Assist in administrative and logistic matters, such as budget maintenance, report preparation, and material procurement.
- Collaborate with community partners to maximize programme opportunities and resource sourcing.
- Create and design collaterals for programmes and services.
