Production Engineer

Location : Admiralty

Working Days : 5 Day A Week

Working

hours : 9 : 00am - 6 : 00pm

Salary : $3500 - $4000 (depends

experience)

Responsibilities :

Performs machine and process setup of die attach and

moulding machines

Able to performs machine

troubleshooting.

Performs mechanical

alignment

Ensure that the quality product is

manufactured on schedule within the customer's

requirement

Work with Cross functional

Departments to resolve function, safety, quality and productivity

related issue and

improvement.

Requirements :

Processed basic technical knowledge in machine set up and

troubleshooting.

Minimum 2 years experiences

in semi-con production.

Preferably with 2

years hand on experience in machine set-up and troubleshooting of

die attach bonder.

Must be willing to work in

the cleanroom environment : wearing jumpsuits, safety helmet and

safety shoes (only at customer side)

Able to

travel overseas whenever is

needed.
