Team Lead - at MUFG Bank via Robert Walters - Outsourcing

Purpose of the role

Enhance Securitization product capabilities and expertise within MUFG's Asian Investment Banking Division.

Support the development and execution of a robust product business plan.
Enhance current customer experience and outcomes whilst achieving required revenue and return targets.
Work with relationship managers to establish new customer relationships that drive and enable growth of the portfolio.
Provide input into and lead product development within MUFG risk tolerance levels.

Job Responsibilities :

Manage and expand the Securitization business, with accountability for financial, credit and portfolio performance within the Securitization portfolio.

Achieve profit and KPI target whilst managing risk - communicate directly with external parties including customers, RMs, and other parties to drive transactions from start to finish.

Enhance collaboration with RMs and strengthen relationship with clients as Product Officer.

Build and influence relevant stakeholders (both internal and external). Train and strengthen the capability of younger team members to build up the team capability.

Ensure team's compliance with all regulations and guidelines.

Job Requirements :

Minimum 7 Years of experience in structured finance (preferred) or corporate banking, along with 3 years in securitization

MS Office Skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Attention to detail and resilience

Bachelor's Degree
