Job Description : We are electrical system integrator, specialise in variable speed drives system (VSDS) and marine hybrid propulsion. We are seeking a motivated Service Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities :
Job Requirement :
- To prepare ITP and prepare for Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
- Conduct panel testing to ensure compliance with quality and performance standards
- Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure panel are ready for FATs according to the project schedule
o Work with the Design Team to update and finalize As-Built drawings
o Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure that system is delivered on time
o Handle assigned customer inquiries and after-sales support
Customer Relationship Management :
Address customer concerns, questions, and objections promptly and professionally.
