Communicate with clients to understand requirements and expectationsEnsure projects or services are delivered according to timeline and standardsHandle feedback, complaints, or requests professionallyBuild and maintain strong client relationships4. Administration & Reporting
Track attendance, inventory, and resource usagePrepare daily / weekly reports on operations and staff performanceEnsure documentation and record-keeping are accurateSupport management in planning and budgeting5. Quality, Safety & Compliance
Enforce company policies and workplace safety proceduresConduct checks to ensure quality control and compliance with regulationsInvestigate incidents or issues and implement preventive measuresTell employers what skills you have
