Job Description & Requirements
In your role, you’ll be responsible for the development of a network of clients & accounts working to salign to the business strategy including tapping into large accounts within Randstad Singapore’s existing client portfolio, networking with other global Randstad accounts, and developing new client opportunities.
Through Randstad’s resources and market research, you’ll add value through the learning and sharing of your knowledge about the latest labour and talent trends with your clients. With these insights along with your own market knowledge and expertise you will work to formulate a client development plan supporting the growth of the client network & ecosystem across Randstad Singapore.
You will possess the drive to initiate a range of sales and marketing activities, in line with the client development plan, to attract diverse business opportunities and develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients to understand their current and future priorities and to identify new leads within the Randstad Group.
