Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development :
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to achieve revenue andmarket penetration targets in Singapore.
Identify new business opportunities across industries, focusing on B2B and enterpriseSaaS solutions.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, focusing on enterprises,SMEs, and organizations looking for AI-driven SaaS solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their pain points and aligning oursolutions to their business needs.
Manage the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a seamlessclient experience.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis :
Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging needsin the B2B SaaS and AI solutions space.
Stay informed about competitors' offerings to position our solutions effectively andhighlight unique value propositions.
Negotiation & Deal Closure :
Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions, ensuring mutually beneficialagreements for both clients and the company.
Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets by closing deals in alignment with companyobjectives.
Collaboration with Internal Teams :
Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to develop and refinego-to-market strategies tailored to client needs.
Provide valuable feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings and align withmarket demands.
Collaborate with leadership to forecast revenue and track business developmentperformance.
Thought Leadership & Networking :
Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and forums to enhance brandvisibility and build a network of potential leads.
Establish the company as a leader in AI-driven B2B SaaS solutions by contributinginsights and expertise in relevant discussions.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
Experience :
3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the B2B SaaS orAI solutions industry related to healthcare.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building strong clientrelationships.
Existing network and relationships in hospitals, clinic chains, and insurance would bean added advantage.
Technical Knowledge :
Familiarity with AI and digital transformation solutions and their applications inhealthcare environments.
Hands-on experience with selling SaaS solutions, including understanding of subscriptionmodels and cloud-based platforms.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to convey complex technical solutions in a way that resonates with businessstakeholders.
Strong knowledge of the Singapore healthcare ecosystem, including key industriesand regulatory environments.
Proven ability to adapt strategies to the local market and establish a strong foothold.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline management.
Exposure to digital transformation initiatives and enterprise-level SaaS solutions.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field.
Certifications in sales, SaaS, or AI-related fields are a plus.
