Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
Lead and manage a team in all commercial and operational aspects, including :
- Evaluating, value engineering, negotiating, and recommending awards for procurement of works and services
- Administering contracts, providing contractual advice, and resolving related issues
- Assessing and certifying main and sub-contract progress claims, variations, and final account settlements
- Overseeing project cash flow, budgeting, and cost control measures
- Liaising with project teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of industry contractual practices and standard forms of contract such as REDAS, SIA, and PSSCOCMinimum 10 years of relevant experience with a main contractor; experience in residential, commercial, and / or institutional projects preferredCandidates with extensive experience may be considered for a Manager roleExcellent written, communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership skillsArticulate, detail-oriented, and digitally savvyIf you are keen to know more about this role, please email Syasya at nurilyana.syasya@rmagroup.com.sg and send your resume in MS Word format.
