Key Responsibilities (Cost Accounting )
- Financial Reporting : Lead the preparation and timely submission of monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports to the Director.
- Month-End & Year-End Closing : Handle and oversee month-end and year-end closing activities, including cost of goods / food manufacturing and inventory.
- Standard Costing : Evaluate variances between actual costs and standard costs, providing insights for management decisions.
- Budgeting & Forecasting : Perform budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and coordinate with related departments to prepare analytical reports.
- Compliance & Taxation : Ensure compliance with internal control policies, accounting standards, GST regulations, and corporate tax requirements.
- Physical Inventory Check : Plan and conduct annual stocktaking with relevant Department Head and auditors, ensuring alignment of physical inventory with accounting records.
- Audit & External Liaison : Liaise with internal and external auditors, banks, tax agents, and regulatory bodies, and attend to audit queries.
- Process Improvement : Review and enhance internal accounting procedures, inventory accounting, and cost control processes to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs.
- Ad-hoc Duties : Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned.
主要职责(成本会计)
财务报表编制: 主导编制并按时提交月度损益表、资产负债表及现金流量表给董事。月结与年结: 负责并监督月结及年结工作,包括商品 / 食品制造成本及存货的结算。标准成本分析: 评估实际成本与标准成本的差异,为管理层提供决策参考。预算与预测: 进行预算、预测和差异分析,并与相关部门协调,编制分析报告以支持决策。合规与税务: 确保存货与会计处理符合内部控制政策、会计准则,以及GST 法规和企业税务要求。实物盘点: 规划并执行年度存货盘点工作,与 部门主管 及审计人员合作,确保实物库存与账面一致。审计及外部沟通: 与内部及外部审计师、银行、税务代理及监管机构保持沟通,并及时处理相关查询。流程优化: 检讨并优化内部会计流程、存货核算及成本控制机制,以提升效率和降低成本。临时任务: 承担主管分配的其他临时性工作和项目。Job Requirements
Education : Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA).Experience : 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience; background in F&B, retail, or manufacturing preferred.Skills : Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST, and corporate tax; good understanding of inventory and cost control; strong Excel skills.Attributes : Analytical, detail-oriented, able to work independently and meet deadlines; good communication skills.Language : Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).职位要求
