Job Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant with RecruitFirst, you will learn the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to client management. You will play a key role in high-volume staffing projects and client delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for temporary and permanent roles
- Support consultants in managing client accounts and recruitment projects
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers
- Contribute to team targets and project delivery
