Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead daily centre operations, including facility upkeep, inventory, and vendor management.
- Manage staff scheduling, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Plan and execute program schedules, centre events (e.g., holiday programs, student welfare, team bonding), and other projects.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, marketing, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee documentation, management systems, and compliance.
- Provide revenue reports and performance insights to senior management.
- Handle enquiries, including calls, WhatsApp, bookings, student enrolment, and payment collection.
