Roles & Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Lead daily centre operations, including facility upkeep, inventory, and vendor management.
  • Manage staff scheduling, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Plan and execute program schedules, centre events (e.g., holiday programs, student welfare, team bonding), and other projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, marketing, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee documentation, management systems, and compliance.
  • Provide revenue reports and performance insights to senior management.
  • Handle enquiries, including calls, WhatsApp, bookings, student enrolment, and payment collection.

Key Skills :

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in administrative processes and documentation.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to workflow optimization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively handle clients.
  • Work Schedule :

  • Full-time, 5 days a week at Novena Branch.
  • Fixed schedule requiring the ability to work on weekends.
