Job Description
- Establish new and maintain existing relationships with clients
- Organise sales visits
- Collaborate with project and engineering teams to develop customized solutions that align with clients' needs and objectives
- Prepare comprehensive proposals with quotations, outlining recommended strategies and projected energy savings
- Prepare project costing analysis and update project information
- Analyse, strategize & organise the preparations for tender submissions
- Review and negotiate tender and contract terms
- Attend site walks
- Negotiate and close sales
- Collaborate closely with internal project and engineering teams for to ensure proper handover and seamless implementation of proposed solutions
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any inquiries, concerns, challenges that may arise
- Organise marketing events that the company participates in
Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor degreeAt least 2 years of professional sales experience in technical or consultancy sales, preferably in ACMVThose with more than 3 years of professional sales experience in relevant industries will be considered for Senior Sales positionDriven, proactive, possess a determined aptitude and positive attitudePossesses strong technical, organisational and analytical skillsPossesses good interpersonal, verbal and written skillsPossesses initiative and possess desire to learnAble to multi-task and work as a teamTell employers what skills you have
