Job descriptionMinimum Degree in Architecture (Building Management or Construction Management or equivalent) Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with LTA project experience preferred. Must have good knowledge in 2D and 3D CAD drafting using Revit and AutoCAD Understand the specifications, drawing, scope and sequence of work
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with service contractors on project to ensure compliance with Architectural specifications and achieve quality aspect of architectural works
- Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project execution
- Prepare material for submission check and ensure of drawing according to design site coordinator with architect, client and service contractors
- Attend to construction site coordination meetings
- Modify existing BIM (Revit) and updating BIM and extract 2D drawing (AutoCad) from BIM for construction upon request
- Assist Design manager on the tasks assigned
