Marketing Associate (Digital Assets) - D01 Cecil, Marina, People’s Park, Raffles Place, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Marketing Associate with a passion for blockchain and digital assets to work closely and learn from the CEO. You will support global campaigns, manage community engagement, and work closely with BD, product, and design teams to grow brand visibility and user adoption. This role is an excellent entry point into the Web3 space, with opportunities to take on ownership quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Community & Social Media

Manage day-to-day operations of Telegram, Discord, and Twitter (X), ensuring high community engagement.

Support execution of AMAs, Twitter Spaces, and online events.

Moderate community chats, respond to user queries, and escalate technical issues to the right teams.

Campaigns & Content

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (airdrop, referral, influencer / KOL promotions).

Work with designers and content writers to create posts, visuals, and short-form videos.

Track campaign performance (engagement, conversions, ROI).

Events & Partnerships

Support logistics for industry conferences, hackathons, and community meetups.

Coordinate with BD team on co-marketing initiatives with partners (wallets, exchanges, NFT projects).

Analytics & Reporting

Prepare weekly reports on social media growth, campaign metrics, and competitor activities.

Use tools like Google Analytics, Nansen, or Dune (preferred) to track marketing funnel performance.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, community management, or digital campaigns (Web3 experience preferred, but fintech / tech acceptable).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin or another Asian language a plus for regional outreach).
• Familiarity with web3 communities (Twitter / Telegram / Discord / Reddit culture).
• Comfortable with fast iteration, meme culture, and decentralized community trends.
• Basic knowledge of marketing analytics tools; willingness to learn blockchain data dashboards.
• A genuine interest in blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and emerging Web3 products.
